Aristida junciformis (Ngongoni Three-awn) is a tough, tufted perennial grass indigenous to South Africa.

Growth Habit: Fine, needle-like leaves forming loose tufts, with graceful, feathery seed heads that sway in the breeze.

Height: 40–80 cm tall.

Flowers/Seeds: Produces airy, reddish-bronze seed heads in summer, adding texture and movement to the garden.

Position: Full sun, Afternoon Sun
