At ClicknPlant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in delivering healthy plants and quality gardening products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Returns & Refund Policy outlines your rights and how we can assist you.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Poor plant condition on arrival: If plants arrive unhealthy or not as advertised.

  • Incorrect product sent: If you received the wrong item.

Please note: Due to the perishable nature of plants, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect plant selection once delivered in good condition.


2. Reporting a Problem

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, clear photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.


3. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions.

  2. The item must be returned in its original packaging (where applicable).

  3. Returns must be shipped within 3 business days after approval.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • In the case of damaged or incorrect products, we cover the return shipping cost.


5. Plants & Live Goods

  • Live plants are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, diseased, or significantly different from their description.

  • We carefully package plants to ensure safe delivery, but they may require a short adjustment period after shipping.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed, especially for orders already packed or shipped.
